In this role, you'll join a large, energetic support team where you'll receive step-by-step guidance, learn continuously, and have opportunities to grow over time. No travel, but plenty of variety, technical challenges, and colleagues who help each other.
What will you do?
As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for the following:
You'll help customers with software and hardware issues related to payment terminals
You'll handle administrative changes and simple technical questions
You'll easily connect with second-line support for more complex issues

Profile
You are customer-focused and enjoy helping people.
You can remain calm in a busy, open-plan office environment.
You have a good basic understanding of IT (IT/Networking studies are a strong plus).
You are fluent in Dutch and French.
You are open to flexible working hours and shifts (including weekends).
Offer
Compensation: min. €2,500 - max. €3,000 gross per month.
An attractive salary based on your experience.
