ICT analyst

As an ICT Analyst, you will act as a bridge between the business and the IT team. You will work closely with end users and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and translate them into clear functional and technical analyses. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you will ensure that complex questions are addressed clearly and structured, enabling development teams to implement them efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
Consult with end users and other stakeholders to map requirements and processes
Analyze and document business requirements
Translate these requirements into:
Business analyses
Functional and technical analyses
Contribute to the design and improvement of applications
Coordinating with developers and other IT profiles during implementation
Ensure the quality and consistency of analyses and solutions
Profile
At least several years of experience with business and functional analysis.
Ability to translate complex business questions into technical solutions.
Experience with Oracle-based environments (Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Java, Angular).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset.
Insight into data models and database structures.
Affinity with or knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
Experience in a complex application or enterprise environment is a plus.
