Job Description

The Position.
Troubleshooting
As a Managed Services employee, you will be responsible for resolving IT alerts from B2B systems (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support). You will respond to incoming reports, analyze them, and ask relevant questions to gain a better understanding of the situation. Based on your analysis, you will take appropriate action to resolve the problem.
You will also participate in standardized assignments, playing a preparatory role for projects by Support and System Engineers.
Monitoring
You will handle the intake of IT-related incidents and service requests and log them in the ticketing system. Together with your teammates, you will maintain an overview of open tickets. You will ensure that these are handled appropriately within the established SLAs. You will analyze and document the cases and provide them with information where necessary. In this way, you will contribute to building a knowledge base that the team can refer to later.
Escalation
If, after analysis, a problem proves too complex to resolve independently, please report it to the Service Desk, Support, and System Engineers team. They will then take over.
Profile
Your profile:
You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field or have acquired a similar level through work experience.
You are a natural problem solver, have a critical mindset, and enjoy tackling problems head-on, driven to find solutions.
Central management of IT assets is essential, not optional.
You always put the customer first, and customer service is a top priority for you.
A sociable and positive attitude are qualities that suit you.
Stress resistance and a flexible approach are among your core strengths.
You enjoy working independently, yet you also function as a reliable link within the team.
You are proactive, methodical, and results-oriented, and take ownership of your projects.
A passion for IT and technology is a must. You get a lot of satisfaction from expanding your knowledge and then sharing it with your colleagues.
You are a good communicator, both in Dutch and English. Can you also communicate in French? Then that's definitely a plus!
A good basic knowledge of the following technologies is an absolute must: Networks, Firewall, Wi-Fi, VoIP, NAS systems, Security, Windows Server & Client systems, macOS client systems, Linux systems, N-Able, Printers, O365/Intune/Azure/AutoPilot/Teams, Virtualization (VMware, HyperV), Monitoring systems, Remote Desktop Solutions, Backup systems, PowerShell, Batch, VB Script, and optionally: C#.
