As an HR Assistant (m/f/d), you will grow into diverse HR topics and, together with the team, ensure that our daily work becomes a little easier, more transparent, and more pleasant for everyone.
WHAT AWAITS YOU
You keep our employee master data up-to-date and support new hires and departures – including the creation of all necessary certificates.
In recruiting, you ensure that applications are processed quickly and professionally, communicate directly with applicants, and publish job postings on the appropriate platforms.
You coordinate and create onboarding plans for new colleagues and make their start with us welcoming, structured, and motivating.
You keep track of vacation, working hours, and absences.
You reliably collect, check, and prepare all relevant data for payroll.
You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification.
You You bring initial professional experience in HR
You are proficient in using Office programs and ideally have already worked with an HRM system
You are communicative, well-organized, and maintain an overview even with many tasks
Discretion, a sense of responsibility, and a structured work style are a given for you
You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills
