Job Description
Prepare and monitor payroll for blue-collar and white-collar employees
Manage personnel administration from start to end
Create, publish, and actively follow up vacancies
Screen candidates and conduct interviews
Organize onboarding of new employees
Identify training needs within the company
Develop and monitor internal and external training programs
Contribute to building a strong employer brand within the green sector
Be the first point of contact for all employees
### Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR or 3 years of relevant experience in operational HR, payroll, or personnel administration
Accurate, discreet, and independent work
Prefers short lines of communication and a hands-on approach
Sufficient knowledge of French
### Experience within an SME or family business is a strong plus
Available for full-time daytime work
