As an HR recruiter, you'll look for genuine matches between local job seekers and companies. Writing job postings, screening candidates, building talent pools, prospecting clients… Sounds abstract? Don't worry, we'll give you all the tools and knowledge you need to make matches.
Once you spot a potential match, you'll coach your temporary workers during and after their application process to ensure that match lasts.
The combination of commercial work and administration turns even your Monday into a great workday.

Profile
You draw strength from achieving your commercial goals and are eager to say YES to a new challenge.
Thanks to your warm and persuasive personality, you build strong relationships with our clients. After all, they are the ones who will take your temporary workers under their wing.
You're a caller. Your phone is your best friend in your search for a match between candidate and client.
You preferably have a bachelor's/master's degree or can demonstrate that you are the right person for the job.
Your knowledge of Dutch is excellent, both spoken and written.
