Profile
We are looking for an HR Sales Consultant for our Ath office.
You will be primarily responsible for recruiting blue-collar workers. You will use our internal tools and databases to search for candidates.
Through telephone screening, you will identify suitable candidates for specific vacancies with our clients.
You will conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, gaining a thorough understanding of their motivation and skills.
You will ensure client satisfaction by quickly finding the perfect candidate to meet their needs. You will ensure very close monitoring of files, both with the client and the temporary worker.
You have a bachelor's degree and, ideally, some initial experience in HR.
You are fluent in spoken and written French and can understand a few words of Dutch.
You are a good communicator, have strong administrative skills, and enjoy making phone calls.
You have a commercial mindset and don't give up until you achieve your goals.
