As our new HR Consultant colleague in the call & customer support department:
As a true matchmaker, you will identify client needs and build lasting relationships.
You will recruit candidates based on the client's selection criteria. To this end, you will proactively and intensively seek out and approach candidates with profiles such as Sales Advisor and Customer Service Advisor for various brands active in the telecom & energy sectors. You will assess whether candidates have the necessary experience and competencies.
Profile
You are perfectly bilingual in French and Dutch.
You have initial experience in a call center/customer service. You are very flexible when it comes to travel: you are part of a national team and frequent travel at a national level is expected.
You hold a category B driving license.
MS Office holds no secrets for you.
You enjoy making phone calls, as you'll be on the line for a large part of your day.
You have a flexible mindset and don't mind changing course occasionally.
You are a true team player and you get a real kick out of supporting your colleagues.
