You'll meet new candidates and companies daily, confidently conducting interviews and matching candidates with suitable vacancies.
Thanks to your strong interpersonal skills and judgment, you'll select candidates who perfectly align with the culture, vision, and needs of our clients.
You'll maintain close relationships with our clients, thoroughly understanding their corporate culture, activities, and needs. This enables you to advise them on HR solutions and provide them with relevant feedback.
You'll visit companies to gain a good understanding of the work environment, which is essential for effectively advising and matching candidates.

An ambitious HR Consultant excels in commercial finesse, has a keen eye for priorities, and is a master of stress management. Here are some of the essential skills that will determine your success:
You effortlessly build an extensive network of potential candidates, pulling them out at the right time from various channels such as email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and your contact list. Moreover, you know how to nurture these relationships by maintaining regular contact. An informal chat with your candidate pool? That's a piece of cake for you!
Rejection doesn't discourage you. Finding the perfect candidate can be a challenge, but even in the face of setbacks, you maintain your enthusiasm and motivation.
You convince every candidate of the added value of their future job, even if they're already working elsewhere ;-).
You are constantly engaged in creative and innovative thinking, looking beyond the standard skills of your candidates. With inventiveness, you know how to match the right profile to the right vacancy.
Helping people is your greatest passion, and the gratitude you receive energizes you in your work. You're both a team player and a self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems independently.

## Compensation: min. €2,350 - max. €3,000 gross per month
