Job Description

During your first five months at Actief, you will participate in 10 training days and complete additional e-learning. Your manager will guide you through this process and conduct regular onboarding meetings with you.

What will you do?
The phone is your most important tool. You will actively search for candidates, both in internal and external databases.
You will conduct a thorough screening of these candidates and proactively introduce them to client companies and potential clients.
You will actively search for all vacancies in your region, ensuring you always have the best opportunities for your candidates.
Profile
We expect you to be a worthy HR partner for our temporary workers and clients.
Therefore, we require a bachelor's degree, demonstrated by a relevant diploma or equivalent work experience.
Offer
Starting salary from €2,450 gross, which will be increased based on relevant experience.
Variable monthly bonus (depending on office performance).
Meal vouchers of €7 per day worked. Ecocheques worth €250 per year.
Representation allowance of €50 net per month.
Home-working allowance of €40 net per month.
Commuting allowance.
Hospitalization insurance with DKV (option to enroll your family members at a discounted rate).
Group insurance with AG Insurance - pension accrual, guaranteed income, and death benefits.

From application to first day: what can you expect?
Your application will be processed by the Branch Manager of our Oostkamp office.
After an initial (positive) screening, you will receive tests, followed by an interview with the Branch Manager and the Business Development Manager.
Every two weeks, a fixed start day is scheduled on Monday.
On your first Tuesday at Actief, we would like to welcome you to our head office in Lummen for the introductory day.
