Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team.
Your focus will be on the following challenges:
You will manage the entire recruitment process: from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviews and selection.
You will support our employer branding initiatives and help establish Novy as an attractive employer.
You will ensure accurate HR administration and the careful tracking of personnel files in our systems.
You will support payroll preparation and the administration of compensation and benefits, together with your colleagues.
Profile
Who are we looking for?
As an HR Generalist, you are hands-on, communicative, and enthusiastic about contributing to Novy's growth.
You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience.
You are familiar with recruitment and selection processes and possess strong interviewing skills.
You have initial experience with HR administration, basic knowledge of social legislation, and contract management.
You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English; German is a plus.
You have a good command of MS Office.
