Job Description

As HR Manager, you are the central point of contact for personnel administration, scheduling, and student management. You will ensure the smooth and efficient organization of all HR processes and work closely with the company's management team. Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
Collect, check, and submit hours for permanent employees and students
Follow up on leave requests
Administrative work in collaboration with the social secretariat (contracts, documents, registrations)
## General HR administration: accurate, discreet, and precise
2. Planning & Organization
Create and manage schedules for 7 permanent employees and a large student pool
Adjust schedules for last-minute changes, peak times, and events
Balance operational needs with team feasibility
Think ahead during busy periods such as weekends, events, and summer activities
3. Student Management & Recruitment
Supplement and follow up the student pool
Collect and process availability
Conduct short screenings and practical follow-up of new students
Coordinating needs and availability with the team
4. General Support
Contact with suppliers (energy, waste, Veolia, price requests, etc.)
Request, compare, and submit price requests
General Administrative support for daily operations
Minor office tasks, making phone appointments, requesting information, etc.
### Profile

- Experience in staff planning and scheduling is essential
- Calm, thoughtful, and assertive when necessary
- Proactive, strong organizational skills, and solution-oriented
- Very accurate administrative skills
- Stress-resistant and flexible within a hospitality environment
- Discreet, communicative, and engaged
- Positive personality, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- An eye for structure, balance, and efficiency
- Language skills
- Dutch: fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
### Offer
## Work schedule & hours:
- Full-time
- Weekly hours are negotiable in consultation with the company
- Saturday availability is required, but not every Saturday needs to be worked full-time (in that case, of course, a day off during the week)
- Flexibility is important given the nature of the hospitality industry
