Job Description

Your Responsibilities
As an all-round HR Officer, you'll be a crucial link within our organization. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly and correctly, both for our clients and our housekeepers.
You'll communicate daily with clients and housekeepers and ensure that scheduling is always accurate and up-to-date.
You'll be partly responsible for the recruitment and selection of new housekeepers (screening, interviews, administration).
You'll guide new employees during their first days and ensure a smooth onboarding process and appropriate training.
You'll monitor personnel and client files (workplace accidents, claims, schedule changes, replacements, absences, etc.).
You'll contribute to optimizations within planning, communication, and HR processes.
Profile
Who are we looking for?
You preferably have some experience in HR, planning, or administration.
You have strong communication skills and can communicate professionally and empathetically.
You are well-organized and can keep a cool head during busy periods.
You work accurately and have administrative skills.
You are solution-oriented and take responsibility.
You are proficient with common software applications (Outlook, Excel, planning software).
