Job Description
As an HR Officer, you are a key link within the HR team and work closely with colleagues and managers. Recruitment & Selection: Drafting job vacancies, initial screenings, and contacting staffing and recruitment agencies
HR Administration: Managing personnel files, contracts, onboarding, and general HR processes
Training & Development: Identifying training needs, organizing, and monitoring training programs
Evaluation Processes: Organizing and administratively supporting evaluations
Processes & Structure: Contributing to improvements, developing procedures, and organizing HR documentation
Operational HR Issues: First point of contact for employees with practical HR questions
### Profile
Must-Haves
Relevant initial experience within a broad HR role
You work independently, accurately, and hands-on
You communicate fluently in Dutch and speak some French and English
You excel in Word and Excel
You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Nice to haves
Interest in or basic knowledge of payroll and social legislation
Knowledge of PC 111 or 209
