Payroll & HR Officer

Full payroll processing and monitoring of payroll administration and time tracking
Manage and monitor time tracking and absences (e.g., via Protime and Strobbo)
Perform HR administration: contracts, addenda, social documents, and expenses
Manage insurance, fringe benefits, indexations, and recurring HR actions
Prepare reports for finance, accounting, and other involved parties
Actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of payroll and HR processes
Report directly to the HR Business Partner
Profile
At least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
Thorough knowledge of social legislation and the motivation to keep it up-to-date
Experience with e-Blox, Protime, and Strobbo is a strong plus
Administratively strong, accurate, and Structured
Service-oriented, discreet, and reliable
Fluent knowledge of Dutch; French and German or English are a plus
Offer
Permanent contract
Employment possible from 80% (4/5) to full-time (39 hours)
