Job Description
For an international organization operating in a technical and project-based environment, with several hundred employees and an annual turnover of tens of millions of euros, we are looking for an HR Assistant/HR Officer.

What will your responsibilities entail?
You will be responsible for accurate and structured personnel administration, including contracts, certificates, and personnel files.
You will support the payroll process and ensure that all data is submitted to the payroll partner on time and correctly.
You will be involved in recruitment and onboarding and serve as the first point of contact for new employees.
You will contribute to training and development initiatives and follow up on certifications and training.
You will support the HR team through reporting, analysis, and administrative follow-up of HR processes.
### Profile
What do we expect from you?
You have a bachelor's degree in HR or have relevant experience in HR administration.
You work accurately, discreetly, and in a structured manner, with an eye for detail.
You have a basic understanding of social legislation and HR processes.
You are comfortable with MS Office and HR systems.
You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
### Offer:
Compensation: min. €3,000 - max. €4,000 gross per month.
