Finance & HR Officer

As a Finance & HR Officer, you will be responsible for a broad mix of accounting (from A to Y) and HR administration. In concrete terms, this includes:
Finance & Administration
Daily processing of purchase invoices, payments, and bank transactions
Preparing and preparing VAT returns
You will support the month-end and year-end closing (in collaboration with an external office)
Preparing PRODCOM returns
Administrative follow-up of various entities within the group
HR & Payroll
Preparing and monitoring payroll processing
Preparing and monitoring contracts
Monitoring performance, absences, and personnel files
Daily HR administration with an eye for people and the organization
Profile
Must-haves
You have a degree in finance
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Accurate, discreet, and communicative
Interested in HR and willing to grow in this area
Fluent knowledge of Dutch and French
You enjoy working independently, but also function well within a team
Nice to haves
Knowledge of Odoo or experience with another ERP system
Experience within an SME or Production environment
