Job Description

Are you an experienced professional looking for a challenging role where you can combine your expertise in finance and HR? The Federal Agency for Transport Regulation is seeking a Finance and HR Coordinator to join their team.
Your Role in Our Team
As Finance and HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for two crucial areas within our organization:
Finance
You will assist the Executive Board in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of financial and accounting policies.
You will organize and monitor financial processes and public contracts.
Human Resources
You will organize and monitor personnel management processes.
You will coach employees on knowledge acquisition.
For both areas, you will coordinate and supervise a small team.
About the Federal Agency for Transport Regulation
We are the economic watchdog for the rail transport markets in Belgium and Brussels Airport. We ensure fair market operation and protect the interests of users who need access to the infrastructure.
Selection Procedure

Profile
A permanent contract at level A3
A minimum gross annual salary of €70,470.97 (based on 4 years of relevant experience, excluding statutory allowances).
26 days of vacation and time off between Christmas and New Year's.

Offer
You have a master's degree and at least 6 years of relevant work experience, 4 of which in financial management.
You have strong analytical skills and can translate complex financial information into understandable advice.
You are familiar with relevant financial regulations.
You have strong communication skills and are a good coach.
Experience with government contracts and HR is a plus.
A good command of French is an advantage in our bilingual work environment.
