We currently employ around one hundred passionate people at our Braine-l'Alleud site and have a turnover of approximately €70 million.
To support our growth, we are looking for a: Sales Project Coordinator
### Your Responsibilities
Your Mission
As Sales Project Coordinator, you will be the liaison between the sales and operations departments and will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Launching Private Label projects in close collaboration with international distributors:
Coordination and monitoring of project implementation in close collaboration with internal teams
Participation in new product launches
Packaging changes
Onboarding new clients: monitoring the project timeline, internal coordination during product range launches with new clients.
Administrative client support
2. Occasional participation in the implementation of our private label marketing strategy
Development of sales flyers
Creation of visuals/banners for promotions
Website updates
3. Coordination of national and international trade fairs and exhibitions (no travel required).
### Your Profile
### Your profile:
You have initial professional experience in a Sales and/or Marketing department, ideally in FMCG.
You have an enthusiastic and positive personality.
You are organized and meticulous with administrative tasks.
You are able to work independently, pragmatically, and are resourceful.
You are a native French speaker, fluent in English, and able to hold a conversation in Dutch.
