Sorell Hotels is the largest privately owned hotel group in Switzerland, with 15 individually designed 3- and 4-star city and resort hotels in Zurich, Dübendorf, Winterthur, Bern, Rapperswil, Schaffhausen, St. Gallen, and Bad Ragaz. The 4-star Sorell Hotel Seefeld is a young and modern city hotel for vacationers and business travelers in the heart of Zurich. The hotel has 65 guest rooms, a bar lounge, and a seminar room.
Are you our new team member, ready to support us as a receptionist, starting immediately or by arrangement?
You will work 5 days a week, Monday through Sunday, on a full-time basis.
### Your responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth operations at reception
Welcoming, assisting, and bidding farewell to hotel guests
Processing and fulfilling guest requests
Checking in and out of hotel guests
Operating the telephone and information center
Receiving and processing incoming reservations
Providing professional complaint management
Maintaining booking channels
Handling various administrative tasks
As needed, providing support in other areas such as seminars and breakfast service
## Your strengths:

Dynamic guest service – flexible, adaptable, and proactive guest support
Previous experience at a hotel reception
Independent responsibility for jointly defined tasks
Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
