Are you currently working in an account manager, coordinator or leader role in personal assistance – and are you considering the next step, without actively looking for a new one?

About the role
As an account manager with us, you have clear overall responsibility for a number of assistance assignments. The role is independent and is based on trust, structure and good industry understanding. You work closely with management, with short decision-making paths and support in administrative and legal matters.
We value experience, judgment and the ability to manage relationships in a professional and ethical manner.

    Responsible for customer relations and ongoing follow-up

    Recruitment, introduction, schedule and staffing
    
    Budget and cost follow-up linked to assistance compensation
    
    
    Participate in applications, follow-ups and quality work according to LSS
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who:
    Have several years of experience in personal assistance
    
    Is confident in customer responsibility, personnel management and employer issues
    
    
    Works structured, independently and with high integrity
    
     Easy to create and manage trusting relationships
Experience of established customer relationships and networks within the industry is seen as an asset, as is the habit of working long-term with customers and assignments.
