JOB MISSION:
To provide a clear, honest, and personalized sales experience, based on accurately identifying guest needs and effectively presenting high-value solutions. To act as part of a high-performing team, collaborating to achieve sales objectives through efficient management, a results-oriented approach, and continuous improvement. To ensure each sale is closed with transparency, commitment, and a long-term vision, strengthening lasting relationships with new partners or clients.
Your key responsibilities:
Establish a friendly, professional, and empathetic connection with guests in the sales area, presenting the product clearly, transparently, and tailored to each client's profile.
Use active listening to identify client needs, expectations, and motivations, offering solutions aligned with their profile to maximize the value proposition. Coordinate effectively with the team responsible for inviting guests to the sales floor, ensuring a steady and qualified flow through clear communication and shared objectives.
Proactively identify and propose potential guests when necessary, participating in generating opportunities that boost sales floor performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product, its benefits, terms, and processes by participating in internal training and developing skills through continuous self-learning. Close sales effectively with complete transparency and professionalism, ensuring that each sale is properly recorded, formalized, and activated according to established procedures. Verify the payment status of the first year's subscription and confirm product activation, establishing a strong relationship with the client to provide support, answer questions, and foster loyalty.
Contribute to the achievement of individual and team goals by actively integrating into a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration, commitment, and continuous improvement. Record every interaction and sales closure in the corresponding systems or platforms, ensuring traceability and control of each process according to established standards.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and feedback sessions to improve technical, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets, understanding that quality service is the foundation for generating real sales opportunities.
What are we looking for in you?
2-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, insurance, dealerships, or similar products.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, International Trade, or related fields.
Fluent English (a second language is a plus).
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Passion for sales, high motivation for self-improvement, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
