Job Description

Bagrorama is looking for a skilled store manager for our new store at Solsiden in Trondheim. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to growth, create great customer experiences and lead a team to success.

Your responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation of the store, including display and sale of the store's goods.
Ordering and goods.
Handling complaints and customer service at a high level.
Close dialogue with suppliers, as well as cooperation with the store coordinator and other management.
Responsibility for staffing planning and personnel management, including training and development of employees.
Ensure that the store reaches its sales goals and budget requirements, and report on these.
Create an inspiring and motivating workplace for your team.
Qualifications:
Experience from retail work, preferably in a leadership role.
Good financial understanding.
Experience in using various retail applications is preferred.
Ability to handle complaints and provide first-class customer service.
Experience with staffing planning and personnel responsibility.
Good communication skills in Norwegian, both written and oral.
Personal qualities:
You are self-motivated, proactive and have a good structure in your work.
You are service-minded and always put the customer's needs first, while having a sales focus and a strong drive to achieve goals.
You are a motivator and create a positive working environment for your team.
You are adaptable and thrive in a dynamic working environment.
You have a positive mood and the ability to deal with both challenges and stressful situations in a constructive way.
You are responsible, solution-oriented and have the ability to think creatively when problems arise.
You are motivated by sales and are results-oriented.
