We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:
Relevant vocational certificate and 4 years of professional practice in the plumbing profession
3-year vocational teacher education (bachelor) or 2-year vocational theoretical education and PPU.
Approved police certificate required for appointment.
If there are no applicants who meet the competence requirements for appointment, other applicants who are currently pursuing relevant education may be appointed on condition that the education is completed.
We also want you to have:
Good knowledge of Norwegian, both written and oral
Ability to good classroom management
Ability to use varied, practical, digital and adapted teaching methods
Good collaboration skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
Good relational and communicative skills
Personal suitability will be emphasized.

About the employer:
Jåttå Upper Secondary School offers both vocational and preparatory education. The school has 250 employees. We are looking for employees with good academic and pedagogical competence who want to be part of a development-oriented working environment. We have a teaching position available in a program subject at the Department of Civil Engineering from 01.08.2026. Civil Engineering has 165 students divided into different grades and program areas.
