Environmental supervisor 100% permanent position from 01.10.:
The work duties will preferably be to contribute to the comprehensive work with students who, for various reasons, are vulnerable and need follow-up, support and adaptation in their situation. The work will include both academic, social and administrative work and the environmental supervisor collaborates closely with all other employees and relevant partners. 
Qualification requirements:
A 3-year social work college education is desirable, such as a social worker, child welfare educator and social worker. Teacher-kindergarten teacher training with social pedagogy or special pedagogy is also relevant. Other relevant education and practice can be considered. Experience with administrative work/management is desirable.
Personal aptitude to wonder and to understand the student's situation and the ability to interact with the student, family and other staff will be central. Both formal competence and prior learning will be assessed in addition to personal qualities.
If there are no applicants who meet the competence requirements, we will consider hiring an environmental worker based on this announcement. Further education in mental health work is then desirable.

Scheme for cancellation of student loans:
Målselv is part of centrality zone 5. This provides the opportunity for cancellation of student loans with NOK 25,000 per year according to current national guidelines. See more information here.  
Terms of employment:
Salary according to agreement. Good pension scheme according to municipal employment conditions, and probationary period.
Upon employment, a valid police certificate according to the Education Act § 17-11 must be presented. 
Those covered by the regulations on tuberculosis control § 3-1 cf. § 3-2 must submit a recent health certificate. 
Applicants who are invited to an interview must submit copies of certificates of employment from previous employers and educational certificates.

Exceptions can be made from access to information about an applicant if the applicant requests it. Fagerlidal School is the largest primary school in Målselv municipality with approximately 210 pupils and 42 employees.
