At Norlandia Barnehagene, our goal is that all children should have an equal offer and attend a high-quality kindergarten. The key to this is competent employees who are caring and development-oriented, which is why we share knowledge with each other and are proud of our workplace.
We base our work on knowledge and innovation, which involves our practice developing in line with new research and experience. Good management, common culture and standards, as well as a rich play and learning environment are important for the children, and for us.
Therefore, we have selected some common areas of focus that we know are of great importance for children's development and progression. We work holistically and systematically with internal competence development and external kindergarten assessment, using, among other things, CLASS as a tool.
