Your Profile
After successfully completing your training, you have already gained experience in reception.
You possess a natural friendliness and excellent interpersonal skills, are a team player, flexible, resilient, speak fluent German, and have good English skills. Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities primarily include check-in, check-out, and assistance for our national and international guests, as well as all tasks related to reservations and guest service. Operating the telephone system is also part of your duties, as is independently managing the cash register and completing the cash reconciliation.
