We are hiring immediately:
an experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)
for our "Marktstüble" restaurant, serving Swabian cuisine
Looß Kulinarisches operates the "Empore," "Marktstüble," and "Tapasbar Desirée" restaurants, as well as the exclusive "Fischhalle und Austernbar" (Fish Hall and Oyster Bar) in Stuttgart's Market Hall.
We also provide catering services at the Stuttgart Wholesale Market, the outdoor swimming pool in Stuttgart-Möhringen, and a party service for large events.
... Your Responsibilities
The following tasks await you:
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with service procedures and standards
Receiving waiter bills
Greeting and seating our guests, as well as providing personalized service
Adhering to hygiene standards
Supporting daily operations
Providing à la carte service and managing events
Training new employees

Experience in a similar position
Organizational skills
