Your tasks - How you'll make the place
You are passionate about creating outstanding breakfast experiences and ensuring the perfect start to the day for our guests. Shape the future of our breakfast service. In this key role, you will ensure a smooth and high-quality breakfast experience, combining culinary excellence with efficient kitchen operations.
Supporting the Executive Chef in managing and coordinating all breakfast kitchen operations
Ensuring the timely preparation and appealing presentation of high-quality breakfast dishes in accordance with our luxury standards
Actively participating in kitchen operations and setting a positive example during service
Ensuring and monitoring consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes
Working closely with the service team to guarantee a seamless and exceptional guest experience
Supporting staff scheduling and ensuring smooth operations during early shifts and in the Executive Chef's absence
Monitoring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards, including training and inspections
Supporting inventory management, ordering, and cost control in the breakfast area
Contributing ideas for the further development of the breakfast offerings and continuous improvement
Your profile - Could this be you?
Strong hands-on mentality, structured work style, and high personal quality standards
Excellent handling of numbers and a strong understanding of business principles
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
AEVO (German vocational training instructor qualification) certification is an advantage
