Ensuring that both guest and service areas are kept clean and tidy
Creating and assigning work orders to employees and monitoring priorities
Checking inventory, cleanliness, and order in the storage areas
Conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance with department standards
Training and supporting the housekeeping team in ensuring Immaculate guest rooms
