Your responsibilities – How you'll make the place: Supporting the Front Office Manager in all matters and taking over the management of the Front Office in their absence.
Join our Front Office team and ensure that our team consistently delivers the highest level of service.
Create efficient work schedules with optimal shift coverage.
Ensuring excellent, personalized guest service to the highest standards (Forbes & LQA).
Receive and professionally handle inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints.
Ensure compliance with the credit policy, operational standards, and daily report review at the point of sale.
Your Profile - Could this be you?
Excellent leadership skills and a strong team spirit.
A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team with a "can-do" attitude.
Very good knowledge of front office systems (e.g., Opera Cloud).
Commitment to the highest service quality and attention to detail.
