Your tasks - How you'll make the place:
Supporting the Director of Housekeeping in the operational and strategic management of the department
Ensuring the highest standards in Cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation according to Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA guidelines
Leadership, motivation, and development of the housekeeping team, including scheduling and training
Active participation in daily operations in guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest quality standards
Conducting quality control checks, including room inspections, VIP arrivals, and suite inspections
Monitoring and optimizing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Close collaboration with the front office, maintenance, laundry, and other operational departments
Handling guest requests and professionally managing complaints
Supporting budget adherence, cost control, and resource planning
Participating in inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies
Implementing brand standards, new initiatives, and departmental projects
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines
Your profile - Could this be you?
Initial leadership experience with strong team management skills
Excellent understanding of luxury service standards and a strong commitment to quality
Hands-on mentality and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills
High flexibility, reliability, and resilience
Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
