Chef / Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
We are looking for a qualified all-round chef (m/f/d) for our Baseology Restaurant. The menu will range from a contemporary à la carte breakfast for hotel guests and external visitors to innovative bar dishes for the evening service. Intrigued? Then join us and become part of our BaseCamp team!
## Primary responsibilities:
Preparing food for daily service
Preparing ingredients and dishes for the next day's service
Appealing decoration and presentation of dishes
Establishing work routines for efficient kitchen operations
Supervising and instructing assistants and apprentices
Adhering to HACCP guidelines
## Ideal candidate:
Enjoyment of cooking and kitchen organization
A flair for modern cuisine
Good German and English skills
High level of commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
Remains calm even in demanding, hectic situations
Quality and responsibility awareness
Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, confident demeanor
