Responsibilities
La Réserve Spa Geneva is a haven, a club offering a luxurious escape to those who dream of well-being and the good life, thanks to its Signature treatments and exclusive better-aging programs. La Réserve Spa Geneva draws on the medical expertise of the NESCENS brand and the Center for Aging Prevention at the Clinique de Genolier (Switzerland), created more than 15 years ago by Professor Jacques Proust, a pioneer in the field of aging biology and anti-aging medicine.
Reporting to our Spa Director, your role will be to welcome and guide our clients, providing them with professional advice and ensuring compliance with current procedures and standards.
## Your main responsibilities will be:
Providing in-person and telephone reception for our clients
Scheduling appointments for treatments, massages, spa packages, personal training sessions, etc., while optimizing therapists' working time and promoting a diverse range of services
Managing invoicing for spa-related services
Promoting spa treatments and products by providing professional advice to our clients
Consistently optimizing customer satisfaction
Promoting the various services of the hotel and the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group
Applying the hotel's quality standards and those of Leading Hotels of the World
Required Profile
You hold a degree from a hotel management school / a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) specializing in hospitality / a French BTS (Advanced Vocational Diploma) in Hospitality Management
You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a luxury hotel spa
Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of another language is an asset
Proficient in computer skills is essential
Knowledge of Spabooker is a plus Asset
With excellent presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills, your customer service orientation, empathy, and dynamism will be essential qualities.
Your friendly nature, autonomy, organization, flexibility, and availability will be major assets for this position.
