Receptionist (m/f/d)
For our 23-room, owner-operated boutique hotel, we are seeking loyal, organized, and stylish individuals to help shape the daily operations of the hotel. Your responsibilities:
Guest service & reception
Warm welcome and attentive service to our guests
Check-in & check-out
Independent management of the early and late shifts
Professional handling of reservations and guest correspondence
Attending to individual guest requests
Assisting with guest service, including serving drinks and food and clearing tables
General reception duties
Organization & Daily Business
Organizational and administrative tasks
Ensuring smooth daily operations in the hotel
Quality, well-being & atmosphere
Maintaining a well-kept and stylish overall appearance
Attention to order, cleanliness, and details
Considering the atmosphere, presentation, and guest experience
Mindful work with high quality standards
## What you bring:
Completed training in the hotel industry
Language skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Ideally, several years of experience in the hotel, service, or reception sector
Good computer skills, including experience with PMS systems
Well-groomed appearance and a professional, confident demeanor
A sense of aesthetics, order, and High-quality atmosphere
Loyalty, respect, and a sense of responsibility
Warm and open personality
Independent and conscientious work ethic
Flexibility and resilience, even in stressful situations
Enjoyment of working with people and a welcoming attitude
Interest in health, well-being, and conscious hospitality
