Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree level of thinking and have **several years of experience in the staffing sector** and are familiar with the dynamics of an office environment.
- You take **responsibility by nature** and feel comfortable making decisions that impact clients, the team, and results.
- You have a **commercial mindset**: you think proactively about growth, opportunities, and client relationships. - You derive energy from **managing and supporting people** and know how to get a team moving.
