**Clipper Machine Operator**

**Job Description:**
Operate a clipper machine and adjust its settings as required. Select the correct meat mixture and sausage casing according to the production plan. Fill sausage casings with the prepared mixture. Check the finished product to ensure it meets weight and diameter specifications. Maintain the clipper machine, keep the surrounding work area clean, and perform equipment cleaning.
