Would you like to use your legal expertise in a responsible position and actively participate in legal issues of social relevance? In this varied role, you will take responsibility for legal agendas and advise internal and external stakeholders in various legal areas. Depending on your experience and specialist focus, you will contribute your skills in particular in contract, health, organizational or public law.
## Your tasks:
* Independent processing of complex legal issues
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
* Legal advice and support of projects
* Development of well-founded legal opinions for internal and external decision-makers
* Legal advice on organizational law and health law issues
* Analysis of new legal developments and derivation of practice-oriented recommendations for action
* Identification of legal risks and development of sustainable solutions
* Ongoing collaboration with internal departments and external partners
* Support in optimizing existing processes and legal standards
* Opportunity to hold specialist lectures and training courses
### Your profile:
* Completed studies in law or business law
* Relevant professional experience in a legal department, advocacy group, public institution, social security, law firm or company
* Very good knowledge of contract law, health law, public law or organizational law
* Knowledge of the Austrian healthcare system is an advantage
* Passed the bar exam (RAP) is an advantage, but not a requirement
* Structured, independent and solution-oriented
