### Requirements
* Human interaction at eye level
* Professional experience in renovation and repair
* Independent working style
* Apprenticeship qualification as a building plumber is an advantage
* Friendly and polite demeanor
* Willingness to work overtime
* Punctuality and reliability
* Driving license B is an advantage
* Freedom from heights
* Physical fitness
