Your tasks
* Responsible for the entire ordering process and the procurement of materials
* Organization, coordination and tracking of transports
* Active commercial management, especially in the context of the financial statements
* Support in integrating project data into internal billing systems
* Participation in budget and resource planning as well as project controlling
* Ongoing cost tracking and maintenance of project finances
* Interface management to internal billing systems
* Creation, evaluation and analysis of complex data models with Microsoft Excel
* Support on issues relating to occupational safety, health and environmental protection (EHS)
* Organization and coordination of business trips
* Willingness to familiarize yourself with EHS software (Quentic) and, if necessary, with quality management processes
### Your profile
* Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HLW or comparable qualification)
* Professional experience in a comparable commercial environment
* Experience in budget planning, project controlling or cost management an advantage
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly in the use of XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and pivot tables
* Practical experience in SAP
