**Job Title:** Foundry Molder and Coremaker
**Job Description:**
**Caster (Foundry Operator):**
* Operate automated casting workstations.
* Perform basic machine setup, inspection, and maintenance.
* Prepare and maintain metal molds.
* Monitor and control the casting process and production equipment.
* Visually inspect the quality of castings.
* Identify causes of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
**Melter (Furnace Operator):**
* Operate and oversee the metal melting process.
* Determine the quantity and composition of additives required to achieve the desired metal quality.
* Monitor technological parameters and the quality of input materials.
* Perform inspections and routine maintenance of production equipment.
* Operate loading and dosing equipment.
**Salary and Benefits:**
* Starting gross salary from **EUR 1,630**, including:
* Basic salary from **EUR 894**.
* Additional pay for public holidays (100% premium), Saturdays, Sundays, night shifts, and work in demanding conditions above statutory requirements.
