## We rely on you:
* You will be involved in customer projects from the very beginning and act as the central contact person for quality-related questions.
* You will review and assess whether process development, process implementation, and process validation comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
* You will ensure Quality Oversight in production, logistics, and laboratory areas and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.
* You will evaluate and coordinate Change Control processes.
* You will review Process Development Specifications, process risk analyses, and other development and manufacturing documents.
* As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will lead root cause analyses, perform risk assessments, initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to prevent errors, and communicate with customers regarding results and implemented measures.
* You will organize and conduct training sessions for production employees on quality processes.
* You will actively participate in customer and regulatory authority audits and contribute to their successful completion.
* You will support the Qualified Person with batch release activities.
## This is what completes our team:
* You have a completed university degree in a scientific or engineering field, such as pharmacy, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, life sciences, (bio-)process engineering, or a comparable discipline.
* Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in aseptic/pharmaceutical manufacturing processes or in a GMP-regulated environment.
* You have a strong quality mindset to achieve our high quality objectives.
* You have very good English language skills.
* You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* You have good German language skills (minimum B2 level) so that you can properly document your work and communicate effectively with all team members.

The actual remuneration for this position is above the collective agreement level and is based on your professional skills and the regional labor market.
