## These are your tasks:
* Clinical leadership in direct care as well as professional control of nursing processes
* Coordination of complex care situations involving all relevant professional groups
* Application of evidence-based methods in everyday nursing care
* Development and implementation of change measures in the nursing context
* Moderation of structured case discussions
* Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical, therapeutic and nursing departments
* Taking on direct nursing activities in the clinical setting
* Continuous reflection and further development of one's own professional competence
## This is what you bring with you:
* Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in clinical nursing
* Specialization in the areas of delirium, de-escalation, acute geriatrics and remobilization
* Academic qualification in the APN area (Bachelor or Master) or concrete plans to acquire this
* In-depth, evidence-based knowledge in clinical nursing practice
* Assumption of professional responsibility and continuous development in the area of responsibility
* Guidance and development of nursing teams in everyday work
* Structured handling of complex situations as well as early analysis and processing of problems
* Active participation in the “Shared Leadership” leadership model
