Take a leading role in our production team and work in a modern production environment in Karlskrona Are you looking for an opportunity to inspire, motivate and lead a team? In this role, you get the chance to contribute to a company that has a central role in society's green transformation. Our production is growing and we now need to expand our team of production managers.  
Develop, motivate and engage As Production Manager at NKT, it is your leadership qualities that get to take their place. You lead a team of Operators who work in the part of the factory that does the last part of the processing on the cable before delivery to the Arming Department. You work together in a team of Production Managers, Technicians, Operators and several support functions. You ensure that our resources in the form of people, machines and materials are used in the best way. You will lead a team where the applied working time is 5 shifts, which means that production is going on even when you are not on site.
In the role, you get the opportunity to develop your leadership and are responsible for, among other things,:
     that the department's goals are drawn up, clarified, followed up and developed within the business  
    recruitment and development of personnel
    that human, machine and material resources are used rationally
    Investment & overhead budget
