Axel Christiernsson is now looking for a committed and result-oriented Production Supervisor who wants to lead and further develop our production in Nol.
### About the role
As a Production Supervisor, you have a central role in the business where you are responsible for leading, planning and developing the daily production. You ensure that we reach our goals in quality, efficiency, working environment and delivery precision.
You are a clear and present leader who works proactively to develop both the business and your employees - a decisive factor for our continued success.
Your main areas of responsibility
You are responsible for leading and distributing the work within production and ensuring delivery according to plan, quality and time frames. The role means that you continuously work to optimize production flows and resource use.
You have personnel responsibilities including recruitment, development interviews and skills development and ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations. You participate in budget work and cost follow-up and drive improvement initiatives within production and logistics.
In the role, you collaborate closely with functions such as purchasing, quality, maintenance and logistics.
Your leadership
You build a modern and inclusive leadership where you engage and develop employees. You create clarity through structure and communication and work as a role model in the organization.
You actively contribute to good cooperation between production, maintenance and other departments.
### Qualifications
We are looking for you who have relevant education at university level or equivalent and several years of experience in production management in industry.
You have knowledge in Lean, 5S or similar improvement methods as well as experience in work environment work and leadership. You have good communication skills and enjoy
