Job Description
Within the Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department, you will join the Fund Accounting team in charge of the accounting management of our clients.
During the duration of your internship, you will participate in the following missions:
• Participate in the production of the net asset value (NAV) of alternative investment funds (mainly Private Equity).
• Contribute to the accounting management of funds: recording of current transactions, bank reconciliations, calculation of provisions, processing of operations related to investments and investors.
• Enter capital calls, distributions to investors and specific fees (management fees, waterfall, etc.).
• Participate in the audit process and annual closings (preparation of documentation, responses to auditors/auditors).
• Contribute to regulatory reporting, particularly for the Central Bank of Luxembourg.
• Assist in the interpretation of legal documentation of funds and associated accounting schemes.
Candidate criteria Minimum level of studies Bac + 4 / M1
Training / Specialization
You are a student in accounting or finance at a business school or university.
You would like to do a gap year or end-of-study internship.
Minimum experience level 0 - 2 years

Required knowledge: You have knowledge of accounting and the environment of advanced alternative investment funds.
### Skills sought
You demonstrate rigor, analytical mind and team spirit.
IT tools
Mastery of Pack Office and in particular Excel.
Languages Fluency in French and English.
