If you are about to graduate and can get started on January 1st, April 1st or October 1st, 2027, become a Junior Expert at ING.
Your tasks
• Your development is clearly our focus: you will learn the professional and technical aspects of financial accounting & reporting as well as regulatory reporting and gain a comprehensive insight into the interaction of processes, data and systems.
• You actively shape your path: Over twelve months, you go through an individual rotation plan, get to know different tasks and teams and find out which topics will help you advance professionally and personally.
• You look behind the numbers, recognize connections and make results understandable. To do this, you create and analyze the balance sheet as well as internal and regulatory reports and derive relevant insights from them.
• You quickly take on responsibility in your team, contribute your ideas and experience firsthand what difference your contribution makes.
• You will also be involved in change issues right from the start: You will support the professional and technical implementation of changes in our financial architecture and actively shape the further development of our reporting and control processes.
• We trust you to have a lot of personal responsibility, but that doesn't mean that you are alone on your path: In the Graduate Network you can exchange ideas, share experiences and make valuable contacts. In addition, you will have an experienced mentor to support you in the subject-specific buddy program.

### Your profile
• Good bachelor's/master's degree in economics/mathematics or computer science, banking or finance
• Interest in finance, high affinity for numbers and good understanding of processes and systems
• Very good at Excel and PowerPoint, ideally first practical experience with SAP S/4 and/or BAIS
• Communication talent with a team-oriented, agile mindset and strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Willingness to help shape the world of tomorrow
• Good German and English
