## MAIN MISSION
Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg) is a management company, a 100% subsidiary of Edmond de Rothschild (Europe). It is particularly active in collective portfolio management, financial fund management and risk management.
Reporting to the Global Asset Management Department, within the Client Service Management department (Group Funds and Dedicated Clients), you are in charge of managing client relationships and providing services. You will act as the link and operational monitoring between our Bank and Caceis, our sub-custodian, in order to provide a response and quality service to customers.
## ACTIVITIES
• Management of the provision of services between investment funds and CACEIS which subcontracts part of Edmond de Rothschild’s activity; (ensure that a response is provided to various customer requests on the status of operations, cash movements, payment instructions, etc.)
• Customer relationship management; (Help customers on the platforms made available to them by the Bank)
• Support to the team;
• Sending and monitoring of participatory OSTs
• Set up reporting
• In liaison with the client, implement tools for automatic transmission of orders and transactions.
### PROFILE
• Financially oriented gap year student in a Bac+3 or Bac+5 course
• You have good analytical skills, rigor and organization
• You demonstrate confidentiality, dynamism, discretion and proactivity
• Mastery of standard office tools
• Good level in English
