Your job in two wordsAs an auditor, you help bring about change within the bank, while ensuring its integrity and reliability.
## Your missions:
• Dive Deep: Use your knowledge to reveal, alone or in a team, hidden weaknesses and opportunities. Use your legal experience to ensure the bank and its processes are ready for customers and the world of tomorrow.
• Risk assessment: You are a master at identifying potential hazards and vulnerabilities. With your legal understanding, you collaborate with different departments to ensure the strength of the organization.
• Report and inspiration: You write detailed reports outlining your observations and do not hesitate to confront them with management.
• Collaboration: You act as a link between the Audit department and other teams, such as Compliance, Legal & Tax, Risk management and operational departments. You advise and support other auditors in interpreting complex regulations and monitoring their application.
• The eternal student: You know the different areas of compliance and risks well, you keep yourself informed of developments in the banking world and you share this knowledge with other auditors.

• You have in-depth knowledge of legal, compliance or tax matters.
• You are curious and ready to continually improve your skills in auditing and the banking world.
• You have a pronounced critical and analytical mind, as well as good project management skills.
• You have strong communication and commercial skills to present your results to all different stakeholders.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience as an internal auditor or in the banking sector. Experience as a lawyer, compliance or risk officer is an asset.
• You have mastered or wish to continue to deepen your mastery of the basic languages of French, Dutch and English.
