Job Description
Within a creative agency, we are looking for a junior Social Media & Project Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract, possibly renewable, to support the Social Media department of Stellantis.
You will join a team working on an international, multi-market and multi-brand scope, in an environment where creative quality, operational precision and coordination are essential.
This role is designed for a junior profile with potential, curious about social media uses and rigorous in execution. The objective is not only to publish content, but to contribute to the proper orchestration of the social media channel: preparation, coordination, publication, monitoring, reporting and progressive learning of performance and governance issues.
Your mission
You contribute to the successful deployment of social media projects on a daily basis, in conjunction with the social media, creative, partner and local market teams. You participate in the execution of content, monitoring of schedules, operational coordination and the reporting of useful information to improve the performance and quality of the systems.
Your main responsibilities
1. Social media execution & community management
• Participate in the daily management of social media accounts: publication, moderation and interactions with communities.
• Ensure respect for the brand's "tone of voice" and the quality of exchanges.
• Identify weak signals, recurring questions and user feedback useful to teams.
2. Coordination of content and deliverables
• Support content preparation, format adaptations and copywriting adjustments.
• Check the quality of assets before publication: consistency, compliance with guidelines and platform constraints.
• Contribute to the local adaptation of international content.
3. Project monitoring, planning and operational coordination
• Help build and maintain social media production and publication schedules.
• Monitor the progress of tasks, follow up with stakeholders if necessary and centralize information.
4. Reporting and performance
• Track key social media metrics: engagement, reach, growth and early learnings.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and the documentation of tests carried out.
• Identify areas for improvement.
5. Monitoring, learning and continuous improvement
• Ensure active monitoring of social media trends, formats, creators and uses.
• Observe competitive best practices and regularly share ideas or inspirations with the team.
• Document operational learning and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
### Qualifications
### Profile sought
• Training in communications, digital marketing, media, project management or equivalent with preferably initial experience in a communications or digital agency in an international environment.
• First experience in social media and project management.
• Good knowledge of social networks and their codes: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn.
• Solid foundations in copywriting, sense of tone and attention to content quality.
• Comfort with collaborative tools, schedules and monitoring several subjects in parallel.
• Good level of written and oral English, in an international work context.
